Hon. Engr. Ochei while on line and ready to vote was swiftly over- taken by a young lady and contrally to what Asaba post crew had about his personality, was surprise to see Hon. Ochei calmly as with midas touch and in quiet royal voice pitch ask the young lady why beating the line.
