ARREST OF SUSPECTED ARMED ROBBERY/
RECOVERY OF ARM AND AMMUNITION.
On 28/1/2015 at about 2025hrs, Patrol team from Agbor Division in conjunction
Baleke street Agbor vigilante men raided a suspected criminal hideout at Adams
slaughter Agbor and arrested one Iguma Destiny ‘m’. When the suspect was
searched, a bag containing one locally made cut to size double barrel gun and
two (2) live cartridges were recovered from him.
The suspect is currently undergoing investigation.
RECOVERY OF SNATCHED VEHICLE
On 29/9/2014, one Ayoro Godday ‘m’ reported at Ovwian Aladja Police station
that his Toyota Camry car with Registration number EFR 118 FV was
snatched from him by armed men at Ovwian Warri, Delta state.
However,
in a follow up investigation, on 19/1/2015 operatives of special
Anti-kidnapping squad Asaba, with the aid of tracking device recovered the said
Toyota Camry at Ankpa in Kogi state. The original registration number of the
vehicle was replace with fake registration number CM 121 RSH.
Meanwhile,
investigation is ongoing to track down the fleeing culprits.
