EMU OBODETI COMMENDS SEN. PETER NWOBOSHI'S DEVELOPMENT STRIDES, AS HE HOSTS THE COMMUNITY'S DELEGATION, ON A THANK YOU AND SOLIDARITY VISIT.

The Senator representing Delta north senatorial district and Senator elect, Sen. Peter Nwoboshi, today Saturday, 20th April 2019, hosted a delegation of community and political leaders from Emu Obodeti, that came on a thank you and solidarity visit, in appreciation for the construction of their community internal roads by the Niger delta development commission NDDC, attracted and facilitated by the Senator.

Chief Ngbabego Godday who spoke on behalf of the delegation, eulogised the Senator elect for making life more meaningful for the rural people, adding that the 1.5km road is their most heart warming political benefit and has given their community a facelift.

He informed the Senator that his election was a unifying factor in Emu Obodeti and other communities, as different political groupings and interest came together to ensure a landslide victory for him at the recently conducted national assembly polls.

He urged the Senator not to get distracted but should focus and consolidate on the development foundations he has laid for the Anioma people, noting that the people are solidly behind him.

The distinguished Senator, thanked the delegation for the visit while remarking that appreciation is always the foundation to get more.

He thanked them for their huge support during the elections and extended his regards to the okpala uku in council of Emu Obodeti and the Ezemu of Emu kingdom.
