The agency was charged with the responsibility of identifying the root-causes of the crisis, addressing and seeking out result- oriented avenues of resolving the crisis in the war –torn Warri Township.
“In strengthening the conflict resolution mechanism agency Delta State today has gained a progressive leap, especially, with the creation of the Alternative Dispute resolution (ADR) department, in partnership with the state’s ministry of Justice” chief Elue pointed out.
“Comrade Samuel macular has developed great capacity in the core areas of good governance, conflict resolution, communal peace, grass root development and advancement initiatives” the former deputy Governor said.
