I WAS OFFERED #.2BILLION TO CONTINUE CASE AGAINST AMAECHI---PRINCEWILL

Two and Half years after,The Former Governorship Candidate of Action Congress (AC) in Rivers State,Prince Tonye T.J.T.Princewill has revealed how Governor Amaechi's detractors and oppenents offered him #200million to continue his case against the Governor.

Princewill who made this revelation in an exclusive interview with The Tide in Port Harcourt  said the gesture was against his political and ideological principles.

The former Opposition leader in Rivers State who left his former party the Action Congress in a controversial manner last Month noted that he saw that Governor Amaechi interest was to serve and develop the state hence he withdrew his case.

He further said that thos fighting then to remove the Governor were doing so against the interest of the state and for thier selffish reasons.

According to him,'' After the election,I was offered #150million to drop my case with Mr.Celestine Omehia,I refused,then, after the supreme court verdict that ushered in Amaechi into government,i was again asked to accept #200Million to continue the case with a promise that they will provide documents and more facts that the election was rigged.''

He explained that he had to turn down the offers because those trying to conjured him were doing so to achieve their selfish interst.
