Q: May we meet you, sir?
A: I am Edika-Enyi Ugochukwu, the High priest and current global Leader of Awucha, I hail from Illah in Oshimili North LGA of Delta State.

Q: How did you become the global leader, seeing you are quite young?
A: Thanks, my late father was the immediate global leader of Awucha, he held the keys to the ancient craft and led the order well, upon his demise at the ripe age of 97 years old, the mantle of leadership naturally fell upon me. I have since then led this global cultural and spiritual organization as the High Priest with committed assistance of our various chapter's chief priests, priests and prophetesses

Q: How best can you describe Awucha, is the order a religious path?.
A: Yes, Awucha is a religious path with roots in African social cultural following, the order preserved ancient African culture, science, arts and philosophy that over the years had made huge plus in the lives of faithful followers.

Q: Who seeks Awucha's protection and help?
A: People from all manner and shades of opinion had sought for healing, protection, assistance and gift of the womb from Awucha, the order is open to both the poor, rich and wealthy. Awucha has always blessed and protected all that sought such aid.

Q: What does Awucha stand for or represent?
A: Just as the literal meaning of the name implies, Awucha stands for purity and cleanness, not that of just outward but chiefly an inner purity and beauty, Awucha protects, blesses, heals and wards off negative influence from faithful followers, as well as an endowment of long life and peace of mind to the initiates, especially, according to their faithfulness and obedience.

Q: What does Awucha forbid/abhors ?
A: Awucha forbids initiates from getting involved in falsehood, adultery, stealing, witchcraft and other related unclean habits and tendencies.

Q: Are there foods, drinks or substance Awucha forbids initiates of
A: Awucha does not limit initiates and followers from any food, but require that initiates maintain high standards of discipline, self control and abstain from all manner of unhealthy substance abuse.

Q: What gender is Awucha?
A: There is just now one way gender of describing Awucha, we do not attribute male or female gender description to Awucha, faithful followers are permitted the privilege of visitation in any form, either as a male or female appearance.

Q: What leadership roles does women play in the order?
A: We have a lot of female followers in the order, as initiates they begin as faithful initiates, amongst them are some of them chosen to serve as prophetesses, but in all one of them is solely chosen by Awucha to serve as UGEGBE, literally meaning mirror.
We recently witnessed the crowning of one at Agbor, her base will be at Asaba, she is expected to speak as clearly as she hears from Awucha to mankind.
Of a truth, her commitment to her calling is of paramount importance, and requires that it be enhanced over time, she sits in council with other top Awucha leadership, as a top caucus member, she brainstorms, plans and implements strategic sessions with other top Awucha leadership.

Q: What is the geographical spread of Awucha?

A: Although the roots and origin of Awucha is in the Anioma Nation, Illah to be precise, yes the order can be safely described as having an Anioma/Igbo basis but Awucha is an Anioma spiritual gift to mankind and the world.
Awucha has dedicated initiates within Anions nation, also amongst other Igbo speaking states of Nigeria, at various cities in southern and northern Nigeria, some African, American and European countries, Awucha is fully represented with faithful initiates and holy shrines.
Awucha today, is a global social cultural and spiritual system of purposeful existence to mankind. Indeed Awucha is Anioma's gift of healing, protection and blessing to the world
