Waste to Wealth, Cleanness, Job Creation, Our Concern……..Okolotu

The Delta State Governor’s commitment for an effective waste management system was recently reaffirmed by a newly inaugurated Chairman, Delta State Waste Management Board, Ogbueshi Douglas Okolotu.

During a media chat with Asaba Post News-Wire, the boards chairman revealed his board’s commitment to a cleaner and safer Delta State.

We look forward to adding greater value to waste management system in the state, we will effectively plan, design and implement effective framework of action that will support sustainable development goals.

To sustain support greater entrepreneurial opportunities, we will support and partner with all relevant key stakeholders working in the waste to wealth industries.


A cleaner Delta State is possible, especially with the support of all Deltans, we will be recorded amongst the cleanest states in the nation, Ogbueshi Okolotu pointed out.

The board chairman told our reporter that supporting vigorous job creation opportunities through vast waste management initiatives for our teeming unemployed youth and active women folks is a vision his board is committed to make happen.

Meanwhile, Mr, Austin Mgbeze, and Chief Ezekiel Onojoba, applauded the governor for a well deserved appointment extended to the board’s chairman
