HON. OCHOR CHRIS OCHOR THE PEOPLE'S GENERAL END OF YEAR CELEBRATION TODAY.

The Executive Director of  Social Services Development DESOPADEC  Hon Ochor Chris Ochor celebrated end of year today in Umutu at Ugbeleme Primary School with all Ukwuani PDP Members.

The event which was supposed to be a big event was organized on a low key due to the incidence that took place during the last PDP rally in Kwale.

All the Ukwuani PDP members and community Chiefs present were asked to observe a moment of silence for the victims of canon shot incidence as he passes words of condolence to the families.

Hon. Ochor Chris Ochor in his address today, made it known to the entire Ukwuani PDP members (Representatives) that he wishes to do it in a grand style this time around by calling out all members to receive their packages in the open as he has been doing it before in a different manner as people claims he has not been doing anything of such.

He also in his statement said there will soon be a constituency briefing from his office in DESOPADEC.
He also added that lots of indigenes and non indigenes have received scholarship from him both in the Secondary and Tertiary levels.

The E.D DESOPADEC also mentioned today that his empowerment to the youth and old will take place early next year as he wishes to do more than he use to do before.

Hon. Ochor Chris Ochor today distributed over 800 bags of rice to party members and all ward's Excos that were present. He also promised to personally distribute that of the Community Chiefs present to their various homes and others outside the shores of Umutu and that of the zones.

The end of year celebration today was filled with lots of the party members who came from all the communities in Ukwuani and outside the LG too.

In his discussion with the media team today, Hon. Ochor was asked if he has declared any intention towards contesting for any political office and he made it known to them today that he has long made it clear to the people that he wishes to run for House of Assembly in Ukwuani constituency to represent Ukwuani people come 2019.

The people expresses their heartfelt gratitude to the People's General for his generous act and his philanthropical deeds so far and also promised to stand by him come rain come sun in the 2019 general election.

Hon. Ochor Chris Ochor ended his speech with the media by wishing the entire Ukwuani people a Merry Christmas and a Prosperous New Year!
