My dear patriotic and law abiding people of Ndokwa ethnic nationality, this publication which "might" serve as the last before the end of 2017 concerning the unending crises rocking our apex and umbrella body in Ndokwa nation (Ndokwa Neku Union) like tsunami has become necessary so as to refreshing our minds on the continuous illegal activities in the National Executive Council (NEC) of NNU and further broaden our perceptions about the activities of those currently parading themselves as the leadership of the body.

Shock as it may sound, even when the so called leadership of High Chief Ossai Opone is still been faulted by majority who believes in the provision of the Union's Constitution, Ukwuani Foundation Union in their recent invitation hovering the social media airspace still recognizes Chief Opone as the so called President-General of NNU despite their awareness and knowledge on the ongoing and yet to be resolved crises. UFU we thought would have merged forces with other stakeholders and giants in Ndokwa nation to ensure the quick resolution of the lingering crises but their recent recognition of Chief Opone as the PG of NNU does not only speak volume but also have an undertone in one hand.

It is also very important to refreshing our minds so that we will not merry and forget as we celebrate the Christmas that the NNU NEC from 2011-2015 which has the moral rights, Constitutional powers and necessary official tools of the Union has not been dissolved till date and has not handed over to any individual or individuals, group or groups to act, work or function on behalf of the Union as empowered by Article 35 of the Union's Constitution and that makes it obvious that the current set of fewest persons parading themselves as the leadership of the Union is doing so without any working documents and tools as no one handed over to them the necessary tools of the Union.

The big question that we must ponder on while we celebrate however is that; *what will the so called President-General, High Chief Johnson Ossai Opone hand over to his successor (if any) after his so called tenure?*

As we celebrate the Christmas, may the spirit of Christ that fosters love dwell on us and gives us the understanding of knowing and wisdom of doing the right thing so as to enable us build Ndokwa ethnic nationality of our dream in truth, love and with respect to rules of law and touch those whose hearts have been intentionally hardened in doing that which will promote disunity and disrespect to rules of law in our clime.

Merry Christmas and prosperous New Year.
