Ward Unveils Councillorship Candidate


* As Community leaders Pass Vote Of Confidence

The Oshimili South LGA's ward seven leadership of the People's Democratic Party (PDP), today, Wensday, introduced to all in the ward their party's flag bearer.

Party leaders introduced Chukwuemeka Peter Nwose as the ward's party candidate in the January 6th 2018 council polls.

The party's campaign train took their goodwill messages and appeal for votes through Inalu, Hagbame and Ogbeame political cells.  

The ward chairman, Comrade Mike Odiatu, while presenting Peter Nwose to the ward members, urged party faithfuls to go house to house mobilizing votes for the party 

During the on going continous voters registration exercise, our ward had so far registered about 13,700 voters

I appeal to you all to help the party mobilize voters and supporters, Comrade Odiatu sort from party members.

On his own part, the party's flag bearer, urged members present to vote for him come January 6th, 2018.

I promise to represent you effectively, I will lobby well and  bring home all that is due our community and ward.

A vote for me is a vote for positive representation, vibrant and result driven legislation, is my promise to my ward, the flag bearer assured ward members.

As you vote for me, come 6th January 2018, I implore you to also vote for our Chairmanship candidate, Comrade Uche Osadebe.

Working with him at the council will ensure better progressive and sustainable infrastructural development for our ward.

Please vote for both of us, Nwose demanded from them.

The ward's party elders and leaders took turn to affairm their confidence and support for the flag bearer.

For Elder Dr Francis Tolefe, Nwose Peter Chukwuemeka is the right marketable candidate the party can boast of.

It's great, we are observing the political accord reached in our ward and peaceful community relations is the result.

I thank all ward elders and leaders present today, your presence is a confirmation of your blessing and support.

Ogbueshi Akaeze Ibonye thanked ward leaders and members over their efforts at the ongoing continuous voters registration exercise.

I am very confident that Nwose Peter will offer an effective representation at the council's legislature. 

We are sure more democratic dividends will reach our people, as we vote for the PDP come 6th January 2018.

I leave my blessings upon Nwose Peter, Victory is his, Ibonye prayed.

One of the ward's Red Cap Chiefs, Obi Odiaka Anyanwu prayed for and blessed the candidate.

He urged all to embark on a house to house voters mobilization exercise for the flag bearer and POP. 

We are sure of victory and sure that more empowerment and democratic dividend will get to our people. 

I am mindful of our ward elders and leaders capacity to make this victory certain, the ward chairman shared.

There is no other party in this ward other than PDP.

We will do everything in our capacity to secure victory our party, Odiatu shared optimistically.
