SOROKWU CONGRATULATES OKOWA ON HIS VICTORY

... THANKS GOD FOR SAVING HIS LIFE An aide to Governor Ifeanyi Okowa and one time Executive Chairman of Aniocha South Local Government, Delta State, Hon. Emmanuel Sorokwu has applauded Governor Okowa on his election victory on the 9th of March, 2019, saying was an evident of the collective understanding that existed among the three senatorial districts of Delta State. He made this known while addressing journalists during a thanksgiving service in his honour at the Honour Christian Assembly over his survival from an ailment which almost took his life. Hon. Sorokwu noted that Senator Okowa's emergence as Governor of Delta State was God's divine intervention, adding that his second term re-election became evident from his excellent performance. In a brief sermon by the host pastor, Dr. Maxwell Golden Egbe, titled "Anionting Of Vengeance" he enunciated that some of the attributes of a Christian to obtain the anointing include, first, operate with scripture, abide in God's covenant and be a lover of God. The PDP stalwart in Aniocha South also congratulated the senator-elect for Delta North, Senator Peter Nwaoboshi, member-elect for the Aniocha/Oshimili Federal Constituency, Hon. Ndudi Elumelu and member-elect for Aniocha South State Constituency, Hon. Austin Chikezie. He appealed to Governor Okowa to use his good offices to put more development projects in Aniocha South Local Government Area of Delta State while wishing him the best in grace and strength to accomplish more tasks in his second tenure.
