Ending That Prayer With Kolanut, The Ahaba Way.

In all #Ahaba traditional rites, ceremonies, events, feasts and other happenings in town, Kolanut plays vital role as no meaningful part of the occasion will commence without an elderly male person, with utmost faith in his #Chi not lifting one up for sound faith-filled prayers, uttered in confidence, one of firm assurance to prayers offered at the function, first upon the celebrants, their family members, loved ones, invited guests and all well wishers present at the function.

From keen observations, one can attest that Kolanuts are not always used in churches for prayers, one can also affirm, most of the times, it is at purely traditional settings and occasions that Kolanuts are used for prayers in Asaba, and asking about prayer patterns either in churches or at #Asaba traditional arenas or settings, is not out of place, this prayer pattern is one chief reason that midwifed this media piece/article.

With the above situation now well established, now to the concern or issue which necessitated this essay.

It is with mixed feelings that this essay is caused and called for, as are elaborated beautifully at the last few paragraphs of this essay.

Yes, we had established that in Asaba, Kolanuts are used for prayers during traditional occasions and that this traditional practice was handed over to us many years ago by our forefathers with well streamlined practical simple procedures, should such procedures for any reason, situation or circumstance get negated, believe this one fact, folks like yours truly must seek the post proactive and gradual result oriented means of addressing such anomaly, with a view at correcting same anomaly.

At many traditional functions, granted opportunities to attend, participated in, one of the most solemn moments within the event's lifespan is that moment, an elderly male leads all in attendance into the #HolyCommunion phase of the event, with a Kolanut as the blessed communion emblem with which, he binds all participant's collective best wishes and uses same Kolanut to send all prayers to each participant's individual #Chi for eventual manifestation of their prayers over time.

I can vividly recall a face to face training, I once had with my spiritual mentor and guide, Chief Dr. D.N Maduemezia, where he taught me how and what his grandparents refer the Kolanut to and the import they attached to it.

According to him, Kolanut is ascribed with a notion thus, "Oji, bu nwa eze osisi, wa na ezi ozi elu nmou".

Of course, you can see, the royal status, our forebears attached to the Kolanut, amongst all trees in the land, now if this is the case, it follows that handling the Kolanut well at traditional settings is a very important subject matter to our forebears and should we continue to perpetuate the traditional path, they left behind, it then becomes automatic that the handling of the Kolanut, as a matter of urgency and expedient corresponding actions, must matter a great deal to us their offsprings.

If our forefathers, decreed it to be used during our traditional events, then using it well at the commencement and end of the prayer session is an important issue, today, this essay's concern is about how our elders end their prayers with the Kolanuts.

Why under the sun, will an elder with a Kolanut in a pure 100% traditional settings, after praying, will want to end it by saying, "anyi ekpe ekpele ndi ninee na afa Jesus Christ and folks there will echo, amen", hell no, such is an anomaly in a 100% traditional settings, we have to make these issues clear and be certain about whether the prayers should be done traditionally or not and adopt the already laid down prayer pattern, if not for anything, at least to make room for spiritual sanity in our #Ahaba societal orderliness.

If the prayers must be done traditionally, then, it will be great to have our elders after praying with Kolanut, end it thus or in any similar fashion, "Odi goo nma ka anyi sii kpee, ka anyi sii kpee, ka oga si emeh, then the elder will echo olo ku toor, while the rest participants will respond, ipoor, with these call and response positive affirmations from the elder and participants, the

prayers with Kolanut are over"

From my recent research works carried out at various 100% traditional events, it is very clear that some of our elders are not conscious about to what particular  #Ahaba spiritual essence or divine reality, their prayers with Kolanut in the first place must be challenged to, a careful observation, unveiled that most of our #Ahaba folks don't understand where or unto what to address their prayers with Kolanut to.

Of a truth, so long as the prayers with the Kolanut is about an #Ahaba traditional events, the elder holding the Kolanut must know that at such setting, he is not called to address or channel his prayers to #Chukwu, the Christian divine reality, no my dear elder, in the same manner, it is not his spiritual duties or responsibilities call upon or summon #Ani, #Anyanwu or #Agbala, (although, there are very rare situations, were the elder can directly address or call upon Ani, Anyanwu or Agbala, such as during our annual festivals, at such cases like that of performing #IdoziAni rites, be it Ani Ebo or Ani Ogbe, where the elder with a Kolanut in his hand can call Ani Ebo or Ani Ogbe into active consciousness, as well as presenting items needed for purification of the said sacred ground in question, recall that in my past posts, I had stated it that our #Ahaba forefathers never worshiped #Ani, #Anyanwu or #Agbala, soonest, I will do more detailed presentation on this issue as I am permitted to do so) no, but with the Kolanut in his hand, as he raises the Kolanut, he is supposed to call upon his #Chi, saying his prayers as will have the rest participants present to also attune their consciousness towards their individual #Chi, because according to #Ahaba spiritual order, no two persons under the Sun has the same #Chi, hence, an #Ahaba adage holds that, "Ofu Nne Na Amu, Ma Na Ofu Chi Adi Ekee".

As an #Ahaba traditional affairs scholar, researcher, pro-Ahaba media enthusiastic fellow, am of the opinion that in as much as, the enlightenment, civil and educated realities embedded in each #NwaAhaba had carved out of us a blessed and innate passion for religious tolerance and freedom of worship, it will not make sense as well, if under these globally acclaimed best practices and circumstance, we as a people and before our very eyes, watch as our well cherished traditional ethos and values fade away at the speed of light or are swallowed up by the ideals and practices of another foreign religious systems in our land for that matter too, that does not show that we are a sufficient conscious folks, who are supposed to be ever ready to preserve what was gloriously and laboriously handed over to us, tufia-kwa, #AniEkweKwaNa.

My #Ahaba elders, if you want to say your Christian religious prayers publicly, it is a welcome development, but bringing it into 100% traditional settings, is not a matured line of action, as we all know that for different cases conventions differs, so returning the right protocol to it's rightful place is the best action to take for a fast progressing state capital city like #AhabaIboOkwe.

Obviously, the Church has a well  established prayer pattern, it is also safe to say that our #Ahaba spiritual ethos has it's prayer pattern too, for folks of spiritual like minds, how one ends prayer is very important subject matter.

For once, let's imagine how the atmosphere will be, if you were invited to say a prayer in a church and at the end, you failed to close it "in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen".

I am very confident that such action will spring up a lot of questions, controversies, queries to the church authorities concerning what possibly led to such spiritual embarrassment, as such is a complete departure from the already laid down religious conventions with respect to prayer patterns, in same vein, similar controversies will be created or take center stage, if our elders don't end their prayers with Kolanut properly, during any pure traditional setting, because at such events a host of our #Ahaba unseen departed beloved ones and our ancestors, who are special guests of honour and active participants from their unseen divide of existence, in the point of fact and to some extents, these are some micro reasons, why in our communities, there are unnecessary turbulent cases amongst brethrens, all because in their attempts to socialize with us during traditional occasions, we create unnecessary divides between us and our ever willing and ready to participate ancestors, especially, during the most solemn moments of Kolanut breaking and prayer session.

For more enhanced and sustainable peace, progressive #Ahaba, let us keep traditional events, purely traditional, knowing that our beloved departed ancestors are our unseen guests ever ready to mingle and socialize with us harmlessly.

If you are not ready to say the prayers as our #Ahaba traditional patterns demands, why not when the plate of kolanuts are presented before you, it will be great, if you can just lightly touch the plate and have who can say the prayers in our traditional pattern, say the prayers, as my South-East Igbo brothers have it in their proverbs that, "Ochie dike weli Oji guaa ofor, odi ka o weli ya nye ndi nmuo na aka".

Brethrens, imagine how and what will eventually become the place of #AhabaUjom, once we recommit ourselves at making sure that our prayers with Kolanut commence and end properly, indeed, with our prayers with Kolanut at pure traditional settings done well, the least verbal description of such's resultant effect is akin to the reality that we had place #Ahaba into the best spiritual path that will yeild the best physical outcomes, as best enshrined/captured in the above mentioned South-East Igbo adage.

It is this essay writer's best wishes and prayers that our elders will turn a new leaf with respect to praying with Kolanut at pure traditional settings, so that corresponding blessings, advancement and progressive tomorrow will be attained, this is his faithful prayers, ka anyi si kpee, ka oga si emeh,

olo ku toor, ipoor, iseeh ya bu Oji.

With lots of love, from me Okonta Emeka Okelum to you, #NwaAhaba.

EVERY CALLING, A PURPOSE!!!!

This video below just made my day today and gave lots of relevance and credibility to the pinned post above on this page.

The woman in the video gave a lot of reasons why, Africa is the greatest, highlighted that the globe knows this but tries hopelessly to down play this fact, her historical analysis of same, made a huge boost to the points, I was trying to drive home in my above pinned post.

I can vividly remember with very  clear recollected memories, how I sat at the feet of my master, mentor and guide, Chief Dr. D.N. Maduemezia, as he lectured me on some of the great gains, the ancient Egyptian civilization impacted upon Africa and how same rubbed off on the rest of the world, the most spectacular perspective in that lecture was, when through some simple, everyday information in public domain, unveiled to my consciousness, a coded link between #Ahaba to ancient Egypt, a well known fact to many initiates, yet kept concealed throughout ages past, but as he was mentoring me, he told me that in my time, such will no longer be hidden, and as such, very soon, as permitted, I will unveil it here on this page, just keep a date with this page and support this page with your prayers, goodwill and financial support.

On this page, we are fully committed at mining out, posting and circulating on social media all #Ahaba past glories hidden from public domain, wherever we find them, it is our commitment to bring same to public domain and to your knowledge as #NwaAhaba.

There are today, many folks both professional and non-professional, who needlessly employed ferocious and uncivilized antics to compete with Asaba Post Media Solutions, over a pro-#Ahaba media niche, we carved out for ourselves since 2007, hence, we are taking our pro-#Ahaba media engagements to some new higher professional dimensions and latitude, while still holding firm to niche, we sparked off back then in 2007 with "October 7th 1967 Asaba Genocide" social media based campingns and agitations.

One thing, no one can take away from Asaba Post Media Solutions, is our uncommon, seamless and effortless moves at breaking new grounds and carving out new niches media-wise.

I was blessed when I met Dr. L.N. Nwosu at Institute of journalism, Enugu, in early 2000s, whose greatest impact upon me back then was his regular lecture mantra, that the best journalist is "he who can squece water out of a rock".

His penchant back then for crude practical, individual student's creative and innovative journalistic  endeavors, even as a student, back then was stressful but today, I live to appreciate all his tireless efforts and contributions which shaped me into the media expert I am today.

Many thanks in advance, as you watch the video clip below.

With lots of love from Comrade Okonta Emeka Okelum, to you all, who read this post.

APOLOGIES IN ADVANCE!!!!

I know this picture and the accompanying information might offend some of my friends and fans on this page, but I beg you, kindly understand me, am just being as honest and straight as I could be.

Definitely, my recent posts and perspectives might shock some of you, please bear with me, am only living and being true to my latest calling. Whatever you read about my posts, they constitutes what are the express views of my ancestors as communicated to me via all I had studied about them and as sound reasoning as their offspring will have me stand in defense of a people, whose blunt refusal to write down their opinions about the invaders wrote against their sacred, even when the act of writing they had perfectly mastered, their trust in their sound understanding of the way the universe was wired, the reincarnation matrix as well as their sure convincing knowledge that I will come in this age to speak and defend the wisdom in their silence with sound reasoning prowess made rooms for their so perceived inactions. So I enjoin you to understand me, demanding weight of my calling and my corresponding  responsibility to fill this mission, which, is the sure test of my mission.

My #Ahaba ancestors were just too great, our history books, European archives, shelves of pre-independence and post independence libraries in Nigeria, USA, European nations as well as many online e-book shops has within them countless testimonies about my ancestors acts of valour, bravery and uncommon courageous resistance to the invaders as they tried to dominate my ancestors within #AhabaUjom, then ask me, why can't I be proud of such ancestors and always stand in their defense at all times.

Comrade Okonta Emeka Okelum, speaking for the voices from the dust.

Ahaba's Purest Traditional Divine Order.

Kindly note that this order, am about to bring your way is not and never religious in nature or construct, but in every sense, one that is simple, natural, mystical and spiritual.

If I share with you one truism, which, is that, some imported religious systems especially, those of European and from the MENA regions, to some great extents copied your forebear's mystical and spiritual approaches at engaging divinity, yes, they did so but their smart approach, was to turn all your father's ideals and universal outlook the other way, upside down.

#NwaAhaba, understand this one glorious truth in it's simple, pure and undiluted form and essence, your forebear's true mystical and spiritual ethos were firmly grounded at either savouring and romancing nature's sublime awesomeness and each new realizations or enlightenment from each of these engagement, they sought wonderful means at wounding these new enlightenment into bodies of principles in their most simple, easy to comprehend by their offsprings and to perpetuate same, your father's designed various forms of periodical and seasonal feasts, at such times, your forebears smartly emptied all their new realizations and enlightenment into well packaged entertainment acts, feasting and celebrations.

My dear beloved #NwaAhaba, know this and know peace, those behind the designs and construct of these imported religious systems, for many ages before bringing their own religious systems forward, had spent many years living together peacefully with your fathers but were silently and smartly coping your father's mystical and spiritual exercises without your father's consciousness, but at some points, your fathers took note of that but cared less, as they perfectly understood the place and relevance of all their exercises and universal balance, as it relates perfectly to undisputable truism about reincarnation, these facts, the copycats knew nothing about, hence, their rush to copy and refurbish, what they practical knew nothing about, as well as 100% ignorance about its original foundations and core principles,  we look at them today with some feelings of pity and pray they will discard such erroneous paths, beg us for forgiveness and mend paths with us, the children of those, their fathers dealt with in the most ignoble manner, we are ever open and will forgive them and their forebears, after all, who are we, we are proudly #AhabaYaliBa.

To many folks, especially, those who had for some noble reasons willingly sacrificed ignorance on the altars of progressive, sound meaningful studies, proactive investigations, result-oriented cum unbiased interrogation of any subject, knowledge crossing their paths, just as they ruminate same with balanced and sustainable indepth reasoning mannerism, to these class of folks, this piece will definitely add more colours to their wealth of knowledge, understanding and wisdom baskets.

Ahaba had and still maintains the purest form of mystical and spiritual divine order, mark you, our system might look simple, full of entertaining and feasting opportunities, yes, from the outside, that is what it truly is, to those who are not of #Ahaba descent, of a truth, that is the limit, they are opportuned to see and know, same fate is of those born into our #Ahaba family blood lines but where at some point got disoriented off or disconnected with any stuff about #Ahaba.

To those who love #AhabaTraditional paths and ethos but only preferred to limit their engagement at the point of merrymaking, feasting as well as mastering all requirements to keep the periodic and seasonal feasts aglow and continuous, because of material and financial entitlement they stand to benefit from this divine order, of a truth, this is not bad, it's okay to choose such path, to these folks, the ultimate understanding and blessings of #Ahaba's divine order will elude such because they had already rewarded themselves upfront.

With much humility and dedication to study, with a view to know and perpetuate the divine order discretely to the next well prepared generation, with such mindset and dispositions, it is at this point that all essence and reality that constitutes #Ahaba divine order are purely and naturally provoked to manifest for such #NwaAhaba.

Now to the core of this essay, in one straight unveiling concluding part, of a truth, the divine order well domiciled in #Ahaba has one ultimate reality and a trinity of the greatest possibility, this is the summary of #Ahaba's purest spiritual and mystical construct, any other paths, #NwaAhaba, are nothing but religious and man-made configuration, consciously designed over the ages to control and manipulate folks, with their various regimes of fear, anxiety, shame and guilt, because they knew the imperfect nature of man, some time in the future, I will deal with this subject deeper and better.

#Chi is the ultimate reality of #Ahaba divine order, more details soonest.

The mystical and spiritual ethos of the land has its own trinity.

#Ani, #Anyanwu na #Agbala are the trinity of our father's mystical and spiritual path, beyond this point, the rest are mere man-made designs, please don't go there, they are traps, your forebears never knew about them nor permitted such.

#NwaAhaba, your fathers said, "Onye gba nashi #Chi ya na oso, o gba gbue onwe na oso" does this makes or struck any cord in you?

Again, your fathers left us with this saying, "Ife a di a ka #Ani enwe umeh", again can you make anything out of this scriptural truism.

Let me stop so far and let you know that your fathers in the purest form of their mystical and spiritual ethos, saw #Chi as the highest and believed in Ani, Anyanwu na Agbala as the end of their belief system.

#NwaAhaba, it is a total falsehood, if anyone comes around to teach you that your fathers believed that anywhere upon or beneath #Ani that there are some powers, run oooo, na them oooo, run away, you are facing the most fraudulent lairs, your fathers knew nothing nor had hands in such body of knowledge.

Same if they engage you and told you that at Agbala's sacred environs, there are some forces or elements of efficacy, Nwannem, turn your back, walk away from them and their religious configuration, unless, you are set to become an accidental magician, wrestle nature or ready to swim against the tides.

I wish to stop here so far, as this is the much, I am permitted to share with you now, #NwaAhaba, stay blessed.

With the best of affections, best wishes from me, Okonta Emeka Okelum to you #NwaAhaba.

FINALLY, I AM HAPPY

 FINALLY, I AM HAPPY!!!!

At last, I am happy and fully relaxed, I have finally finished my many years of research and investigation into the original, true and divine spiritual ethos of my #AhabaEthnicNationality.

Many thanks first to #Chim for all the guidance, hard lessons learnt, tolerance over my many stubborn and restless traits at many calls to sit down to learn, experience and master this one true master craft of truth, life, existence and consciousness of #AhabaBlessedTrinity.

Amongst all #Ahaba human family, my eternal gratitude must forever be heaped upon the blessed memories of my immortal master and mentor, Chief Dr. D.N Maduemezia (Alibo Ahaba), like the perfect school master, you dutifully and with patient tolerated all my too many youthful exuberance and boyish tendencies, I will never your charges that "at the right time, to commence my calls and service to #Ahaba, I will face great turbulence and mocking from the folks, I was sent to serve, but after beautifully enduring same, my call and election to serve will be made manifest to my consciousness". I will also never forget how you held my hands, encouraged me into my first ever exposure into the #SeekersPath by hard studies, deep reasoning sessions, one on one engagement at your intellect feet, as you led me into understanding the keys, seals, tokens and mysteries of all sacred orders ever instituted by mankind since the wake of human existence, as well as, why you forbade me to join them via any of their initiation rites, of a truth, today, as the sunshine of my call and election breaks forth, I now can tell and for this, I am happy.

My happiness today will make zero sense, if not for one man, who from my birth, felt a circumstance between at my infancy between me and him was a rude challenge at his authority as a patriarchal figure, many times, he shared that encounter with me, remembering all your many responsive defensive shields, you hedged my childhood and youthful days with against some family evil eyes and gestures, that I will never forget, my dear biological father, Late Francis Anyibuofu Okonta.

Soon, I will roll out some brief essays on pure, undiluted, true #Ahaba divine, spiritual path, the one originally revealed to our #Ahaba forebears with zero human additional colouration as well as zero pagan influence. Till then, keep a date with this my page.

Many thanks, lots of gratitude, from

Comrade Okonta Emeka Okelum.

Count Me Out Of Any Anti Party Activities....Chief Hon Mrs Giwa Amu

Chief Hon. Mrs. Theodora Anwuli Giwa- Amu, a seasoned and well experienced political actor cum administrator, today, Wednesday, during an exclusive media chat with Asaba Post, distanced herself from all ugly politically motivated rumours against her personality.

My politically unsecured enemies are spreading and sponsoring unfathomable and wicked falsehood against me.

I choose this occasion to state as falsehood the sponsored campaign of lies, I am a found leader of the People's Democratic Party (PDP) not only in Asaba, but in Delta State and beyond, she stressed.

The media report, I read online today, is full of falsehood, no body snubbed me at the last PDP victory party in my ward, I was well received by my ward members, as my leadership status in the ward is never in doubt.

No body can rubbish my reputation so easily and expect me to keep quiet, I will not tolerate that, she said.

Speaking to PDP ward five chairman, Ogbueshi Chinedu Nwokolo via telephone calls, he pointed out that personally speaking, he has no personal record of any anti party activities Chief Hon Mrs Giwa Amu participated in, as both of them are not at the same polling station, but said, there are some party faithfuls who so accused her.

When the accusations came up, I told party faithful that the occasion and moment is that of victory celebrations and not one to trade accusations but one that requires that we must respect and honour our party leaders, especially, in the person of Chief Hon Giwa Amu, who had contributed a lot into the party's growth in Oshimili South LGA, Delta State and beyond.

Other ward five members, our reporter, spoke to this afternoon, who does not want their names in print expressed shock at claims of anti party activities, stating there are no reasons that can make them believe such lies.

While others still stood their ground and sustained the leadership status in the ward, they also cited past leadership roles, total party advocacies and supports, Chief Hon Mrs Giwa Amu had committed unto and championed, especially, immediately after the party's guber primary elections.

If She does not have the party's interest at hand, she would had not cut short her medical trip abroad to attend to then pressing intra party challenges as well as then, invited all major ward political Stakeholders at the ward chairman's residence, appealing to all and sundry to remain loyal and faithful to the party.

It was as a result of her recent past political support, commitment and loyalty towards the party's political progressiveness, hence, their support and believe that she cannot work against the party's political interest.

All My Life, Everything About Me, Is Music......Azuka Moweta

In this exclusive media chat with one of Asaba and Anioma traditional music super-star, Azuka Moweta, band leader, Anioma Brothers Band, as he shared insights into ups and down about his musical career, his type of music, motivation success stories and challenges endured so far, as well as his foreseen roadmap to greater heights in the music industry. Kindly read below, Asaba Post TV's media content about the interview with him.

Question: Please, can we meet you?

Answer: My names are Azuka Moweta, I am from Umunkwo Village, Ezenie Quarters, Asaba, Oshimili South Local Government Area of Delta State, Nigeria.

Question: What type of music do you play, since when too?

Answer: My type of music is called "Ekobe Music" at my tender age, especially, between my primary and secondary school days, this type of music took a greater part of me and I loved Ekobe Music, right from that tender age,  I love music a lot, back in my childhood day then, whenever I am less busy, I usually engage myself into music, as well as entertain my close friends and classmates to the melodious tunes of Ekobe Music, during our break sessions, back then funny enough, I use our class chairs and desk as improvised musical band sets to produce and imitate some Ahaba trending Ekobe musical tunes then in my school, to entertain those around me, that I always does straight from my heart and always felt lighter and happier as well too. As I do these musical acts back then, I enjoyed them a great deal, I must be honest with you, all I see about myself then was nothing but a future musician, to me back then at those tender age, music was just all, I could see about myself, I tell you this truthfully, believe me.

Question: What inspired you to play music and to become a musician today?

Answer: Just like I said earlier, I loved music from my tender age, especially, during my primary and secondary school days. Back then in Asaba, there were many popular and trending Ekobe Music, especially, those tunes performed by the then popular #NduOfu Dancing Group of Asaba, this all male dancing group was one of the best Ekobe musical group back then, who entertained our people after the Nigeria-Biafra Civil War, going out regularly to watch the NduOfu Dancing group perform at various occasions, wherever, they were invited, gave me a lot of joy and inspiration as a child back then, honestly, those days were my humble days of modest beginning, events of those days, shaped the man, you see in me today. Hence, I knew and believed that music is both my profession and calling, that I was born to do it happily, better and professionally too.

Question: How had your family reacted to you playing music?

Answer: My maternal grandmother was a huge inspiration towards my musical career, back in those youthful days of mine, when I was living with her, she was a strong and an active lead vocal member of one of the then trending Ekobe Music in Asaba, it was called Egwu Idegba Ani Dancing Group, back then, we had Egwu Idegba Ani Dancing Groups from both Umu onne quarters as well as from Agu na Ugbome quarters too, you see back then, whenever, my maternal grandmother was preoccupied with domestic chores, I watched her from a distance happily and effortlessly singing some of those Ekobe musical tunes with a blend of Egwu Idegba Ani flavour, you see, those days and my grandmother's songs greatly inspired me in many ways beyond words can express. She understood that I am naturally inclined to music and she took notice about my love for music, she never discouraged me, but she will usually advised me, my son, "music is not bad, but, please my child, be careful". It was only my father, who never supported my musical career, his reasons being that musicians are a bunch of never do well folks, throughout his life, he openly expressed his deep seated disdain for the type of life style, he had over the years seen musicians led and that left him an unhappy man, with respect to his son's choice of career path, honestly, that is the only stuff and part about me, my father never liked, he was ready to sacrifice everything for me, if only, I was ready to drop the idea of becoming a musician, choose another career path, it pained him so much that I held on to my musical career, of a truth, I understood my father's concerns and fears then, hence, I made a promise to myself, that I will be a very responsible musician, and that is the standard, I still maintain till today.

Question: In what ways, does your music affect your fans listening or watching you Perform at occasions and events?

Answer: I am so happy because, when I started my musical career, I started with a musical band called "Nwata Gbo Li Okei Dancing Group (the wife of one of Ahaba Red cap chief) Nnee Igwe, then was our band leader and mentor, as a child, going out to join them perform at events was a huge delight and I always looked forward to each invitation to join the group at events, later, I joined another dancing group called "United Brothers Band" led by Late Uche Nwalama, I was with them, when their hit tracks were produced, the first was "Uwa Zulu Onye" and the second one being " Akalaka". Then, late Uche Nwalama was my boss, mentor, his kind of music greatly influenced and inspired me, hence, he is one of those who were the reason, I am a musician today. Each time he plays, he always watch the mood, reactions and emotional gestures of his fans, he is always sensitive to their moods and how happy they are responding to his music, in the same vein, whenever, I play my music, I am always watchful at the reactions of my fans, well wishers and others watching me play my music, it is always clear from their reactions that they are happy and my fans had always grown from strength to strength, since then till today.

Answer: My challenges are many oooooo, as a musician, from my humble background, my challenges ranged from threats of possible rejection during my early career days, due to doubts about my capacity to perform, though over the years, those doubts are no more today, because am now a better, tested and trusted professional musician. As my musical career grew, my career was challenged seriously in terms of funding, instruments, logistics, close family members then never believed in my musical career, which yielded very low support and patronage as well. Can you believe me, if I tell you that my first album was sponsored and produced by a man from far away Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, he heard my music then, he loved it and took it upon himself to support and help produced my first album "Olisa Na Li Ekene". Back then, my Asaba people never believed in my capacity, but today, I am bold, grateful and happy to tell you that the owner and founder of Odogwu Entertainment and Palenque Records, Mr. Nnamdi Moweta, had given me another reason to see better days of hope and career fulfillment, he heard about my kind of music, listened to it, believed in my Ekobe type of music, gave me a chance and many windows of opportunities to showcase myself and talent to the world, for this support and opportunities thrown my way, honestly, I am eternally grateful to him, Odogwu Entertainment and Palenque Records, their investment into my musical career, had given me a new lease of hope and increased determination to put in my best.
